When I was cleaning Saturday, Grace decided to pack herself in one of our bags. She was just so cute we had to take a few pictures!

Around the House
Grace can really get around. She is crawling at light speed! I think that she will be walking by Christmas time! She is into everything. We have not moved anything. When she tries to play with something that is not hers I tell her no and redirect her to something else. So far after a few tries she will move on to play with something of hers. Although there are days that she is very hard-headed, and she only wants what she cannot have! Well, here are a few pictures of her playing around the house.
The Bell
When I became a teacher, my Mimi gave me her bell. She told me that she would ring the bell only for good things. I used the bell a lot when I taught first grade. However, I brought it home for safer keeping. When I was cleaning out the hall closest, I found the bell. Grace has been playing with it ever since. She has so much fun and has learned to move her wrist to ring the bell instead of just shaking it until it makes noise. This bell has brought her so much joy, she laughs at herself every time she rings it!
Sooo Cute!
Ice Cream Anyone?
We went to Chick-fil-a for dinner the other night. Grace was a little upset that we did not share our food with her as we usually do. But they use peanut oil, she cannot have that yet. Well she soon forgave her dad when he got an ice cream. Grace was taking the biggest bits that I have ever seen. You can tell from the pictures that she loved the ice cream!
Happy Halloween
We went to the Flowood Park for Grace's first Halloween. It was fun to see all of the children dressed up and having fun. There were moon bounces and other fun things for all the children to play in. And local businesses setup booth to pass out candy to everyone who came. Of course, no candy for Grace, this year! The local fire department was also there. Melanie's church had a booth and did face painting, Grace would not sit still long enough to get her face painted. Maybe next year. Grace had the cutest ballerina outfit to wear, but it was way too cold! We are planning on going next year.

Three Year Anniversary
Brett and I just celebrated our three year anniversary. Although October 15th was in the middle of the week, everything worked out great. I had a doctor's appointment, so I took the entire day off. Brett only had to go to his morning class. So we spent the whole afternoon together. First, we found out the we were having a GIRL! Then we went to lunch and a movie. It had been so long since we did something with just the two of us!
The Playroom...I mean den?
Grace has slowly taken over the den has her playroom. The only time the room is clean is when she is sleeping. If she is up, then her toys are everywhere! Right now her two favorite toys are the empty water bottle and any paper she can get her hands on. Christmas is going to be FUN! She has been such a good and happy baby! It makes me wonder what the next baby will be like?
On the move
Labor Day
This year we went to Georgia with Brett's family and friends on our Labor Day trip. We needed a little extra help this year with Grace, so Taylor came on the trip with us. We had a blast seeing everyone and Grace loved the water. It was too cold to really let her get in, but Brett and the boys enjoyed a relaxing ride down the river.
So....This is what The Ferguson's have been up to!
Okay, to say the least...it has been a while since the last post! Grace started daycare at Little Acorns and loves it. We just got back her "school" pictures! Brett has been busy with his LAST year of Law School and working the the Office Indigent Appeals. Of course, I am back teaching. And if this was not enough change, we found out a few months ago that we are expecting our second child in early March. Unlike Grace who gave us a clear view that she was a girl, this baby was not so helpful. The doctor is 99% sure that we are having a GIRL! I will have another sonogram next visit to get a better look. We are so excited, TWO GIRLS will be a blast! Grace is such a daddy's girl, maybe this one will be a mama' girl!

Watching Baseball with Daddy
Fourth of July
Grace became part of our family Fourth of July tradition of going to the Lake. Granddaddy and Honey got the girls a pool, it was a hit. On the Fourth Honey, Kathy, and I were unable to get out on the water. Fergie was hit by a car. We rushed him to Kathy's vet. I am happy to report that he is doing great. His tongue has healed and he gets the staples removed from his leg this week. Needless to say I was relieved he did not have any major injuries. The next day everyone was able to get out on the water. Grace and Emma fell asleep as soon as the boat was moving. Grace let everyone know quickly that she thought the water was still a bit too cold, can we say Honey's Girl! We cannot wait to go back.
